We use the best products and methods available, and help you make the right choices for your home. We do not aim to be the cheapest, but instead to deliver the highest quality end result. True quality speaks for itself, and is usually more economical in the long run too.
The usual procedure is that when you contact us, we book an appointment to visit you and establish understanding of your upcoming project. We will advise you on the various paint options available (zero odour, ultra-flat matt, wet-look gloss, etc) and leave you with complimentary colour charts and product information to help with choosing.
Within a week you will receive a detailed quote, free of charge, fully describing the work to be completed, labour charge and materials estimates. This is a fixed labour quote. So if the work takes longer than planned you still pay only what was quoted. Any exceptions to this will be detailed in advance. The estimate for materials will be separate and is variable, as it depends on your choice of products, etc. We supply all materials at cost price to you.
Once you accept the quote we book your work in, agree the approximate start date, then call you to confirm closer to the time. We generally do one project at a time, so from the day we start on your work we should be with you every workday until all work is completed.
We are aware that having any workmen in your home can be stressful, so we do all we can to cause as little disruption as possible. We let you know when we’ll be coming in and going out, we don’t smoke or bring radios in. We protect your property fully, and use advanced dust extracted sanding systems. If we are working where you are living, we tidy up at the end of every day and make sure you can go about your life as normally as possible. We respect your home and those who live there, and of course you will always find us polite and professional.
Almost all of our work comes as satisfied customers recommend us to their friends & family. Once customers have seen the quality of our work, we are usually called back time and again to work on other areas of their homes. So we can always provide you with recent local outstanding references.
We are fully insured, so in the unlikely event something goes wrong or we damage your property, we will sort it out swiftly and fully.
